Cancellation and Rescheduling

Service Provider Cancellation

1. Service Provider Cancellation: If a service provider cancels a booking, the user might get their money back for the service.
2. Refund Processing: If the service provider cancels and you’re eligible for a refund, Quickly Book Online will help you and the service provider to get the refund promptly. The refund amount might be less because the service provider could deduct cancellation fees or other charges.

Refund Requests

1. Submitting a Refund Request: Users must submit refund requests directly to the service provider. Quickly Book Online does not process refund requests on behalf of service providers.
