Integration of Harvest and QuickBooks Online
Users should have Administrator permissions and their account must have an Invoices module enabled that can be linked to their Harvest account and copy invoices to QuickBooks Online. Furthermore, time and expense entries cannot be directly synced from Harvest to QuickBooks Online but can only be copied as line items in invoices.
Set Up settings
1. Firstly, users should authenticate Harvest and QuickBooks Online accounts.
2. In Harvest, the user should click on Settings (upper right corner). Do remember that only Administrators can view and change account settings.
3. Thereafter, the user should scroll down to Integrations and then click on Connect to QuickBooks.
4. User will be taken to QuickBooks Online, do sign it, and click Authorize.
5. After the completion, the user will be redirected to Harvest.
6. Thereafter, the user should choose a default Income Account. 7. If users want payments to copy to a Deposit Account then they should turn the Sub-Customers setting on or off and then click Save.
