9. Before exporting a transaction, users have to first create a batch of information and select the type of information to be sent down to QuickBooks. For this, users should click Select or Create a Batch and then simply select the information to be exported.

10. After giving names to Batch, click the same button at the top and select the Post Batch option in the menu.

11. Now, users should select the Export to QuickBooks button. For every transaction, this button should be selected and pressed.

12. On the right hand side, there is a tracker that will monitor the successful export of the data.
