3. The users will be prompted to sign in to their QuickBooks account that will allow them to map pay types in Justworks to their Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks Online account.
4. In the Justworks account, users should go to their Invoice History and then click to an Invoice > Set Up Quickbooks.
5. It will bring the page of the Update Company Information section.
6. Now, users should adjust the names of their accounts as needed and click > Save.

1. After successfully setting up details of the QuickBooks account in your Justworks account, users can go to Invoice History and then click into an Invoice and then Download Quickbooks IIF File.
2. In the QuickBooks account, users should go to File > Import.
