2. You can generate a job in QuickBooks, attach it as a project in Procore, and then sync the QuickBooks data with the Procore project.

Steps to be followed to connect QuickBooks to Procore are:

1. To determine where you want to generate your project either in Procore or QuickBooks. 

2. If you have fashioned a new project in Procore:

o First, absolute the steps  to add a new project. 

o In case you have not configured the cost codes for your project, spot configure the Cost Code Preferences for QuickBooks. Then Add a Procore Project to QuickBooks.

 Kindly note that projects that are not using the QuickBooks Standard Cost Code list cannot be Integrated

o Then, launch the project to an accounting approver. 

o Now send a Procore Project to ERP Integrations for Accounting receipt. 

o Finally, an accounting approver must recognize or Reject the Project for Export to QuickBooks.

o When accepted, the project is to export from Procore into QuickBooks as a job.

o In case you have created a new job in QuickBooks then follow these steps:

o First, generate a new job in QuickBooks. Check your QuickBooks Help system for instructions. 

o Next, the user should follow the steps by adding a QuickBooks Job to Procore.

o The system will then import the QuickBooks job as a new Procore project.
