The integration of HubSpot with QuickBooks helps in viewing invoice information, creating invoices directly from the deal record in HubSpot and viewing payment events on the deal timeline.

Steps of Integrating HubSpot and QuickBooks

  1.   Firstly, users should authenticate their HubSpot and QuickBooks accounts.
  2.   In HubSpot account, in the main navigation bar, do click the Marketplace icon and then select App Marketplace.
  3.   In the search bar, locate and select the QuickBooks Online integration.
  4.   In the upper right click, users should click Install App.
  5.   Now, users should log in to their QuickBooks Online details.
  6.   After the successful integration of two apps, it will get listed in user’s Connected Apps section.
  7.   Next, users can connect multiple accounts by navigating to the Marketplace icon in the main navigation bar.
  8.   Under the Manage section, do select Connected Apps.
  9.   Next, do select QuickBooks Online and then click Connect QuickBooks account in the upper right.
  10.               Users can disconnect their account by select the Disconnect option.

Important features of the integration

1.If the currency of invoice in QuickBooks is different from HubSpot then it will not sync the invoice data from QuickBooks to the deal properties.

  1. In user’s account, invoice that are created in HubSpot will be automatically visible. For viewing invoices created in QuickBooks account, they have to be added to user’s HubSpot’s account. The users must note that integration between HubSpot and QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise, Professional, Other) is configurable.
  2. In the integration process, it successfully syncs customers from QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise, Professional, Other) to HubSpot as a company while it syncs companies from HubSpot to QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise, Professional, Other) as a customer.
